Villa Niki has 2 apartments and one studio. Every apartment provides two big bedrooms and a smaller one, which can accommodate up to five people. 

Every apartment offers:

1. the main bedroom with a commodious wardrobe, a double bed, tv-sat.
2. a bedroom with two beds and a wardrobe, tv-sat.
3. a bedroom with one bed.
4. spacious living room, with beautiful furniture, a fireplace and a dinning room (32 s.m.), tv-sat.
5. a fully equipped kitchen.
6. a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and clean towels.
7. air-conditioning with Inverter system.
8. alarm, tv-sat, etc.
9. central heating for winter holidays.
10. the wonderful balconies on the first floor offer a breathtaking view to the endless blue of the sea and the mountains of the continental land.
11. a roofed porch (20 s.m.) on the first floor with a magnificent view.

The Studio Apartment has its own entrance, a shared washing machine (which can be used free of charge), and is equipped with air-conditioning.

The Studio Apartment offers:

• A Double Bed (dimensions: 1,60cm x 1,90cm), which if needed can be separated into two single beds.
• A Mirror, a table, two chairs, and a commodious wardrobe.
• A Refrigerator, sink, dishes, coffee machine, hotplate, boiler, toaster, hairdryer,
• Tv-Sat
• Free Wi-Fi
• A bathroom with a shower.

Our guests can have at their disposal washing machine, vacuum cleaner and steam-iron, which can be used without further charge.

Prices and stay conditions

Charges are per day and refer to 5 people. The upkeep, the cleaning, the bed sheets (changed once a week) and towels (changed three times a week) are included in the prices. Process for different reservations after discussion
